I started my coaching career driven by one principle: to help adults and children unlock their best selves. Guided by this thought, I explored many pursuits to gain knowledge and better equip myself as an educator and martial art professional. Over the years, I’ve managed multiple martial art schools, worked as an editor-in-chief for a martial art publication (print and online), performed stunts, traveled around the world for training, and more.
